Food worth the price

Excellent place! Before heading out to visit my Dad, I always hit this place up for egg bagels and lox cream cheese - it's the only kind he'll eat. The owner is friendly and has been around for years. The ambiance is definitely lacking if you want to sit down and eat - kind of cold and lots of empty space. However, this is a must go to place for take out- fresh bagels and their cream cheese is top notch!

Did not have the best experience, I understand at the time they were busy. But my food was not that good and the coffee was nuke warm at best. Maybe will give them another try.

Hands down best bagel sandwich. The bagels are made fresh daily. Every time I visit this place it’s always a welcoming experience, the staff are very friendly. This is the way a breakfast sandwich should be, hand made, fresh, and HUGE. I always wanna try different bagels but somehow I always end up here because I know I will not be disappointed.

A great way to start your morning. Also proves that kindness is contageious and we should all partake! You walk in here and the staff is hella friendly which makes the cistomers hella friendly. I love starting my mornings here! Food is on point too!

Best bagels in metro west.... reasonable prices. This isn't a fancy spot, it feels like a 1960's deli. With that in mind you won't find a better bagel or variety of cream cheeses.Stop on in grab one or a bakers dozen for a treat...or a carb fix.It gets very busy not to worry the crowd moves quickly...only draw back is the lack of parking during the morning rush..

The owner is adorable and friendly to everyone. He remembers your order if you are a local and takes time to talk to you but handles your order at the same time. It is a bit of a hidden gem. Bagels are cooked fresh daily and the egg breakfast sandwiches are huge! Definitely worth a visit.

Been going here every Sunday morning for probably about 15 years now. The service has always been amazing, and well they very from visit to visit, the bagels are always delicious and made fresh.

This place is a hidden gem. We always get our bagels here on special occasions. The owner is always there when we go and I have special fondness for him and his business because of the kindness he showed me years ago when my mom was hospitalized. The bagels are always freshly baked and have just the rightconsistency not too bready and not too chewy either. They have a dizzying array of varieties and a good variety of cream cheeses including plain, chive, veggie, and lox. They have low fat too if you want low-fat cream cheese. You can eat in or carry out. You cannot go wrong here!

Great atmosphere, the owner is funny. I like the food. I mean, I get a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and as the owner once said, It could be two meals! All around great place, great food. Four stars because their coffee could be better, but with that said, great place.

Nice little family bagel shop. Good for a quick snack. Maybe considered a little pricey (paid $19.50 for 2 breakfast bagels and 2 drinks) but the quality is well worth it.

This place has the best bagels overall around the Metrowest area. The staff is friendly, and bagels are excellent. I used to go to Brooklyn Water Bagels but theirs are often harder / more chewy compared to Cafe Fresh's bagels. The only downside - Cafe Fresh closes early afternoon, so if you feel like getting some after work, you have to wait until the next day. :-(

Best bagels in the Metro West area that I've tried so far. Get there early, the popular flavors disappear fast. Try calling ahead and "reserving" a few of your favorite bagels (just make sure you actually pick them up...)

Good sandwich, very filling. Bagels are fresh and delicious. If if did it again I would salt and pepper it all before packing it away though, and add some HP sauce.
